The Bihar Eco Tourism Development Society (BETDS) (The ?Concessioning Authority? / ?Authority?), Under The Environment, Forest & Climate Change Department, Government Of Bihar, Is Engaged In The Development Of Eco-Tourism Infrastructure And Sustainable Tourism Initiatives In The State Of Bihar. As Part Of This Endeavour, The Authority Has Decided To Undertake The Development Of Integrated Eco-Tourism, Wellness & Adventure Destination At Kukurjhap Reservoir/Anjan Dam ( Cluster II), Bihar Through Public-Private Partnership (PPP) On A Design, Build, Finance, Operate And Transfer (DBFOT) Basis (The ?Project?) And Has Decided To Carry Out The Bidding Process For Selection Of A Bidder To Whom The Project May Be Awarded.
