The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Together With Land Development For An Investment Project Called: Green-Blue Commune Of Czechowice-Dziedzice - Development Of Sustainable Rainwater Management Systems - Task No. 2, Land Development At Ul. Juliusza Słowackiego And Ul. Niepodległości In Czechowice-Dziedzice (Division No. 5044/2, 3788/801, 5350, 3788/599 And 3542/8). The Aim Of The Investment Is To Develop And Tidy Up The Area After The Monument At Rondo Solidarności Ul. J. Słowackiego And Ul. Niepodległości In Czechowice-Dziedzice. The Works Will Consist In: - Demolition Of Hardened Surfaces And Shelter Railings, - Dismantling Of Small Architecture Elements, - Cutting Down Trees And Bushes, - Exchange Of Land, - Tidying Up And Securing The Shelter, - Construction Of Communication Routes, - Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, - Construction Of An External Storm Sewage Connection And An Emergency Rain Garden Overflow To The Storm Sewage Network, - Reconstruction Of The Existing Network Water Supply, - Construction Of Electrical Installations, - Topography And Construction Of Green Areas, Including A Rain Garden. Note: - The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation, A Certificate Of Notification Of Construction Works And Arrangements Authorizing The Conduct Of Works, - From The Moment Of The Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site Until The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Liable On General Principles For Damage To Persons And Property Resulting From The Work Site, - The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Technical Design, With Observing All The Conditions Specified In The Documentation, Under The Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications, - The Execution Of Works, Acceptance And Organization (Ohs, Fire Protection And Health And Safety Coordination) On The Site Of The Works Should Be Carried Out Based On Current Standards And Regulations, - The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Carry Out All Checks, Tests And Measurements Of The Works Performed, Including Vss Testing Of Hardened Surfaces, And Will Submit The Results Of This Test To The Ordering Party, Other Conditions: 1.The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Particular Caution When Performing The Works, Appropriately Separate, Secure And Mark The Work Area And Appropriately Secure Tools And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Third Parties If They Are Available.2.The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Work Area And Communication Routes Within The Work Area Clean Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform Cleaning Works On An Ongoing Basis.3. In The Event Of Any Failures And Damage Occurring On The Work Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Them Immediately And Effectively.
