The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Adapting The Building Of Primary School No. 14 In Kalisz To Fire Protection Requirements In The Scope Of Stage I Regarding The Reconstruction Of The K2 Staircase, Based On The Documents Specified In Point 4.5 Of Swz.2. The Material Scope Covered By These Proceedings Includes Construction Works Consisting In Adapting The Building Of Primary School No. 14 In Kalisz To Fire Protection Requirements In The Scope Of Stage I Regarding The Reconstruction Of The K2 Staircase And Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition And Dismantling Works, 2) Reconstruction Of Door Openings (With Pvc Lining), 3) Replacement Of Door Joinery, 4) Construction Of Fire Separation Walls, 5) Reconstruction Of The Flat Roof For Installation Smoke Exhaust Flap And Covering The Roof With Thermally Welded Felt, 6) Installation Of A Smoke Exhaust System For The Staircase, Fire Alarm System, Installation Of Emergency Lighting, 7) Installation Of Safety Signs, 8) Reconstruction Of External Stairs, 9) Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Paneling Up To A Height Of 1.50 M, 10) Delivery And Installation Of A Gp-2X Abc Fire Extinguisher, 11) Other Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order. Note: 1) Due To The Fact That The Building Is In Constant Use And Will Remain So For The Duration Of The Works, As Well As Due To The Specific Nature Of The Facility, The Employers Requirement To Agree With The Facility User On The Method And Sequence Of Carrying Out The Works Within The Established Work Schedule Must Be Strictly Adhered To. 2) The Works Must Not Disrupt The Functioning Of The Facility. The Contractor Is Obliged To Conduct Them In Such A Way As To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Facility (Including Conducting The Eighth-Grade Exam On May 10-12, 2027), With Particular Emphasis On The Nature Of The Facility And The Safety Of Students Attending The School.
