The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Design, Construction And Commissioning Of 52 Home Mechanical And Biological Sewage Treatment Plants Along With The Necessary Infrastructure For The Task Titled: Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Czorsztyn Commune.2. The Order Is Implemented In The Design And Build Formula And Includes: 1) Task 1 - Design Documentation And Preparation Of Implementation Development Of Complete Design Documentation For 52 Locations In Huba, Maniowy, Kluszkowce, Czorsztyn And Sromowce Niżne, Outside The Areas Of Sewage Agglomerations, In Accordance With The List And Maps Constituting Part Of The Pfu, Including In Particular: - Identification Of Soil And Water Conditions For Each Location, Execution Of The Required Geotechnical Documentation, Obtaining Maps And Data For Design And Determining The Method Of Discharging Treated Sewage; - Development Of Designs For Sewage Treatment Plants, Sewage Connections, Devices For The Discharge Of Treated Sewage, Pumping Stations - Where Necessary - And Electricity Supply, Taking Into Account The Number Of Users, Loads And Conditions Of Each Property; - Agreeing The Location Of Devices And Cables With The Property Owners In Writing And Obtaining Acceptance Of The Design Solutions By The Ordering Party; - Obtaining The Required Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Permits On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Including Water Law Permits, If Required, And Submitting Appropriate Notifications; The Type Of Procedure Should Be Determined Individually For A Given Location; - Preparation Of Documentation Enabling The Lawful Commencement And Completion Of Works And The Performance Of Authors Supervision.
