The Subject Of The Order Is Ad Hoc Repairs, Maintenance And Cleaning Of The Roof Slopes Of The Koszalin University Of Technology Buildings, Together With Gutters, Downpipes, Chimneys Above The Slopes And Sheet Metal Flashings, Of Roofs Of Buildings Located On The Campuses At Śniadeckich, Racławicka, Kwiatkowskiego And Rejtana Streets In Koszalin Throughout The Year To The Extent Specified In The Swz And In Accordance With The Design Documentation, I.E. Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) - Annex No. 8 And Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 9 To Swz.2.Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) The Order Covers Ad Hoc Repairs, Maintenance And Year-Round Cleaning Of The Roof Slopes Of The Koszalin University Of Technology Facilities, Together With Gutters, Downpipes, Chimneys Above The Slopes And Sheet Metal Flashings, Of Roofs Of Buildings Located On The Campuses At Śniadeckich, Racławicka, Kwiatkowskiego And Rejtana Streets In Koszalin; 2) Roofing Works Will Be Performed On The Facilities Koszalin University Of Technology At Various Heights, Both Medium-High, I.E. Where It Is Possible Or Necessary To Use Scaffolding, Mobile Platforms Or A Lift, And Low, Where The Use Of The Above-Mentioned Equipment Is Unnecessary;3) When Presenting The Offer, The Contractor Should Include A Tax Of 23%. The Gross Price Of The Offer Is The Offer Evaluation Criterion, Which Is Described In Detail In Chapter Xvii Of The Swz. In The Settlement With The Contractor, The Net Remuneration For The Work Performed Will Include Vat Of 23% In The Case Of Teaching Buildings Located On The Campuses At: Śniadeckich, Racławicka, Kwiatkowskiego And Kreślarnia Streets At Ul. Rejtana And In The Amount Of 8% In The Case Of Student Dormitories At Ul. Rejtana And Hotel Asystenta At Ul. Kwiatkowski. 4) The Final Acceptance Report Signed By Both Parties Without Any Comments Constitutes Confirmation Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract;5) Conditions Of Implementation: A) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver (Loco Construction Site) All Brand New Materials On His Own, At His Own Expense And Risk, And To Unload, Bring And Assemble Them In The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, B) The Given Quantities And Dimensions Are Approximate And May Be Verified During An On-Site Inspection Of The Facilities, C) The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Observe In The Facilities (During The Execution Of The Works) Renovation Works) Required By Law, Occupational Health And Safety Conditions And Fire Protection, As Well As Securing The Work Area Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, The Ordering Party Is Not Responsible For The Contractors Equipment And Materials Left During Construction Works, • Exercise The Utmost Caution During Construction Works.
