1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Delivery, Implementation And Launch Of The Integrated Security Management System (Psim) At The Lublin University Of Technology. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: • Complete Integration And Configuration Of The System, • Develop As-Built Documentation, • Train Administrators Managing The System And Operators (Academic Guards), At Least 2 Training Sessions, 4 Hours Each. As Part Of The Order Execution, The Contractor Should Provide: - Warranty Service, Min. 24 Months, - Troubleshooting In The Following Mode: Critical (Blocking) Error: Failure That Prevents Most Users From Using Key System Functions (E.G. Inability To Log In, Database Integrity Errors) - Response Time: Up To 2 Hours On A Business Day. Repair Time: Up To 8 Hours On A Business Day. Significant Error: Limited Functionality Of The System, But There Is A Workaround - Response Time: Up To 4 Hours On A Business Day. Repair Time: Up To 24 Hours On A Business Day Standard Error (Harmless): Aesthetic Defects, Minor Errors In The Interface Or Individual Reports - Response Time: Up To 8 Hours On A Business Day.
