The Investment Will Be Implemented As A Dual-Use Investment. The Underground Floor Of The Building, After Its Adaptation, Will Have A Double Function: It Will Be An Mds Function During The Emergency, And In The Remaining Time It Will Be An Economic/Warehouse/Technical Function. The Facility Will Be Constructed In Accordance With The Solutions Adopted In The Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations, Including The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of July 9, 2025. On The Conditions For Organizing And Requirements To Be Met By Places Of Emergency Shelter. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Rooms With A Dual-Use Function (The Main Purpose Is For Civilian Purposes).
