Renovation Of The Coastal Strip In The Gdynia Babie Doły Area In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Project Entitled: Protection Of The Shores Against Flooding From The Waters Of The Bay Of Gdańsk1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Coastal Strip In The Area Of ​​Gdynia Babie Doły In The Design And Build Formula. The Order Includes The Development Of Design Documentation Specifying The Expected Design Solutions And The Renovation Of The Coastal Strip On A Section Of Approximately Km 93.6-93.9. 2. Construction Works Will Include, Among Others:  Removal And Disposal Of Existing Rubble Concrete, Making The Necessary Excavations And Making Rip-Rap Stones  Making A Rip-Rap Footing Made Of Anti-Erosion Bags  Making A Base Layer Of Crushed Stone Mixed With Gravel  Laying A Two-Layer Separation Geotextile  Making A Gravel Path 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program, Which Constitutes Annex No. 2 To Swz. 4. Moreover, As Part Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Prepare An Inventory Of Greenery (Obtaining Consent For Felling And Cutting Down Trees Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party) - Perform Measurements And Develop Design Documentation Based On A Map For Information Purposes; - Sapper Inspection Of The Construction Site; - Preparation Of A Greenery Inventory; - Performing Authors Supervision; - Ensuring Constant Ornithological Monitoring During The Implementation Period; - Making A Film Of The Implementation Of Construction Works - Making, Delivering And Installing An Information Board With Dimensions Of 240/120 Cm, In Accordance With The Guidelines Contained In The Manual Of The Applicant And Beneficiary Fe 2021-27 In The Field Of Information And Promotion (Appendix No. 10 To Swz, Pp. 21-24).5.Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of This Contract, The Contractor Must Have Civil Liability Insurance In The Field Of Business Activities (Third Party Liability Insurance Policy) Related To The Subject Of The Order As A Separate Policy Or Section In The Car Policy, For An Insurance Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 For One And All Events.6.The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.7.Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing The Following Activities Specified In § 2 Section 23 Of The Draft Agreement: Physical Work, Operation Of Construction Devices And Equipment, Provided That They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code.
