Description Of The Subject Of The Order.1.The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Construction And Reconstruction Of A Pedestrian Path On A Crushed Stone Surface, As Part Of The Task Entitled: Pychowicki Grove, For The Municipal Greenery Board In Krakow.1.1 Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Invalidating The Proceedings In Question If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Granted To It. 1.2 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes Renovation Works Consisting In Securing The Greenery, Demolition Of The Existing Front Yard, Execution Of Earthworks (Drawing), Construction Of A Cement-Stabilized Base (Supplied Mixture), Execution Of An Aggregate Base And Aggregate Surface Mechanically Stabilized Along With Land Recultivation After Completion Of Construction Works (Topsoil And Sowing With Grass).1.3 The Place Of Performance Of Construction Works Includes Plots No. 349, 482/1, 351/4, 492/3 Rev. P-7 Podgórze Registration Unit In Krakow.1.4 The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Abbreviated As Stwiorb) And In Accordance With The Attached Graphic Attachments.1.5 An Integral Part Of The Swz Necessary For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are The Materials Attached To The Swz, In Particular The Design Documentation With Arrangements, Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Stwiorb, Bills Of Quantities, Tables Of Manufactured Elements (Maintenance, Assets), Material Approval Card Templates, Subcontracting Declaration Templates, Protocol Templates, Guidelines, Equivalence Table And Others Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz (1 File In Zip Format).
