The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of An Investment Project Consisting In The Performance Of Construction Works Aimed At Hardening The Surface, Including Laying Concrete Slabs, On Plots No. 108 And 3/11, District 0053 In The Piecki Migowo District.2.The Material Scope Of The Order Includes All Works, Activities And Works Necessary To Complete The Investment Task, Including, Among Others, The Following Elements: - Preparatory And Measuring Works, - Earthworks, - Trenching The Area For The Designed Surface, - Securing The Heat Pipeline With Relief Slabs, - Making Structural Layers Of The Foundation, - Compacting The Subsoil And Foundation, - Making Ballast For The Slabs, - Laying Concrete Slabs, - Laying Concrete Curbs, - Filling The Holes In The Slabs And Joints, - Tidying Up The Area And Restoring The Surface After Completion Of The Works, - Removal And Management Of Waste Generated During The Works.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Terms Of Implementation Were Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz. The Remaining Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
