1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Power Generator As Part Of The Task Retrofitting The Headquarters Of The Civil Protection Authority With An Emergency Power Source In Order To Obtain Energy Independence, Together With The Preparation Of Documentation And Connection, As Part Of The Funds From The Ol And Oc Program.2. The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In Particular Involves The Delivery Of A Brand New, Stationary Power Generator With An Ats/Ats System, Transport, Foundation, Making The Necessary Connection, Commissioning, Tests, Measurements And As-Built Documentation. The Power Generator Will Be Installed In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Grudziądz At Ul. Ratuszowa 1.3. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Purchase Of All Necessary Materials And Equipment And Other Elements Not Listed In Section. 2, Which Are Necessary For The Proper And Full Performance Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1.4. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.5. The Ordering Party Requires That In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Offer Form, The Contractor Must Provide A Parameter Or Confirm That The Offered Item Meets The Parameters Required By The Ordering Party By Entering The Word Yes.6. The Ordering Party Allows The Subject Of The Order To Be Offered With Parameters Exceeding The Ordering Partys Requirements, With Modern Technological Requirements, Meeting At Least The Minimum Requirements Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Not Inferior In Terms Of Quality And Technical Conditions, While Maintaining Its Appropriate Functionality And Purpose.7. The Ordering Party Informs That In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described.8. A Detailed Description Of The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
