►The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Service Of Preparation For Surveillance Tests Of Transport And Distribution Equipment (Including Tanks, Hoses) In 2027, The Scope Of Which Should Be Performed In Accordance With Chapter 3 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Defense Of November 9, 2012 On The Conditions For The Domestic Transport Of Dangerous Goods By Means Of Transport Belonging To The Armed Forces Or Means Of Transport For Which The Armed Forces Are Responsible (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 514, I.E.), In Accordance With The Schedule (Scope Of Activities, Validity Dates Of Tests And Place Of Performance Of The Service), Requirements And Under The Conditions Specified In This Documentation And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. ►The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: - Cleaning Of The Tank And Degassing, - Visual Inspection Of The Tanks Internal Jacket, - Electrical Measurements, - Resistance Measurements, - Test Pressure Test, Leak Test, Checking The Breathing Valve, Checking The Release Valves, Intermediate Inspection Of The Body, Periodic Inspection Of The Body, External Inspection, Obtaining Decisions Authorizing Their Operation From The Military Technical Supervision Pursuant To Art. 14 And Art. 50 Section 1 Point 2 Of The Act Of December 21, 2000 On Technical Supervision (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1194, I.E.), Making The Necessary Arrangements With The Branch Office Of The Military Technical Supervision In Olsztyn As To The Manner Of Carrying Out Individual Activities In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Annex No. 3 To The Swz - Designed Provisions Contract.►The Costs Related To The Consumption And Use Of Electricity, The Collection And Disposal Of Water Used In The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Secure The Above-Mentioned Media On His Own And At His Own Expense (E.G. His Own Power Generators, Water Tanks, Etc.).►Requirements To Be Met By The Contractor Applying For The Contract. The Contractor Applying For The Award Of A Public Contract Is Obliged To Have At His Disposal Persons Who Will Prepare And Perform Surveillance Tests Transport And Distribution Equipment And Underground Fuel Tanks, Having The Required Authorizations Regulated To: - Perform Repairs And Tightness Tests Of Tanks Intended For The Storage And Transport Of Flammable Liquid Materials And Devices For Filling And Emptying Transport Tanks Issued On The Basis Of The Decision Of The Head Of The Military Technical Supervision Or The President Of The Office Of Technical Supervision In Accordance With Art. 9(1) And (2) Of The Act Of 21 December 2000 On Technical Inspection (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1194, Consolidated Text), Unless Obtaining A License Is Not Required When The Repairing Or Modernizing Entity Provides Such A Service Occasionally And Uses The Appropriate Repair Or Modernization Technology, Agreed And Supervised By The Body Of The Competent Techn
