1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of Power Generators - 4 Pieces As Part Of The Implementation Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Generators - 4 Pieces, Including Transport Of The Subject Of The Order And Delivery To The Address Indicated By The Ordering Party In The City Of Świdnica.2.The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Products Be Brand New, Unused And Undamaged.3.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Brand New Units, Year Of Production: Not Older Than 2025. The Products Must Be Complete, Free From Technical And Legal Defects And Meet The Minimum Requirements In Terms Of Technical And Quality Parameters Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 4. The Offered Product Must Come From An Official Distribution Channel In Accordance With The Manufacturers Requirements. 5. The Units Must Be Adapted And Approved For Use, They Should Have All Necessary Standards, Approvals, Certificates, Etc.6.Upon Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach Operating Instructions In Polish. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Undergo Training In The Operation Of The Devices. 8. The Contractor Is Liable For Damage Or Loss Of The Subject Of The Contract Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party At The Place Of Delivery, Confirmed By The Acceptance Protocol.9.Delivery Should Be Made Only On Business Days From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. October.The Delivered Goods Will Be Collected With An Acceptance Protocol. The Report Will Be Prepared By The Contractor In Two Copies: One Copy For The Security And Crisis Management Office Of The Municipal Office In Świdnica, The Other For The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Original Reports (Correctly Prepared In Accordance With The Specification And Signed By An Authorized Person) To The Security And Crisis Management Office Of The Municipal Office In Świdnica. 11. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warranty For The Period In Accordance With Sopz.12.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Sopz) Is Attached As Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
