Sportowa 1 (41,000 L/Year),3) Primary School In Słucz (11,000 L/Year), 4) Social Welfare Home In Mścichy (8,000 L/Year),5) Public Building In Kramarzewo (10,000 L/Year),6) Local Government Library In Radziałów At Ul. Plac 500-Lecia 15 (2,000 L/Year). The Minimum Amount Of Fuel Oil That The Ordering Party Undertakes To Collect As Part Of The Subject Of The Order Is 70,000 Liters.3.2. Delivery Of Fuel Oil Will Take Place Successively, As Needed By The Ordering Party, Each Time On The Basis Of A Partial Order Placed By The Ordering Party, Specifying The Quantity Of Delivery: - Partial Orders Will Be Placed By The Ordering Party By Telephone, E-Mail Or Via Fax, - The Contractor Will Ensure Transport Of Fuel Oil By Means Of Transport Adapted For This Purpose, I.E. A Tanker Truck Equipped With A Certified Flow Meter, - Heating Oil Must Be Delivered To The Boiler Room On Working Days For The Ordering Party Between 8.00 A.M. And 3.00 P.M. Within The Number Of Days Indicated In The Offer From The Date Of Placing The Order, - If The Ordering Party Finds Defects Or Shortages Of Heating Oil, The Contractor Will Collect The Defective Oil At Its Own Expense Within 2 Days From The Date Of Reporting The Defects Or Shortages And Deliver It Free From Defects Within 2 Business Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Defective Oil, Or Will Replenish The Quantitative Deficiencies Of The Oil Within This Period, - Each Delivery Should Have A Certificate Confirming That The Delivered The Products Comply With The Specified Standards Polish Standard Pn-C-96024: 2020-12 Or Equivalent, - Each Refueling Will Be Settled Based On The Amount Of Oil Actually Filled, According To The Flow Meter Readings
