1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide Multi-Discipline Investor Supervision Over Construction Works During The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Cxix Building Of The Jacek Kuroń Secondary School At Ul. Złota 58, In The Following Specialties: A) Construction, B) Installation In The Field Of Heating, Water Supply And Sewage Installations And Devices, C) Installation In The Field Of Electrical Installations And Devices. The Building Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments Of The Capital City. Warsaw.2. Construction Works Covered By Supervision Will Include, Among Others: The Following Elements: - Replacement Of The Complete Heating Substation, - Renovation Of Electrical Installations, Lighting, Automation For The Heating Substation, - Replacement Of Cold And Hot Water Installations, Circulation And Sewage In The Entire Building, - Replacement Of The Fire Protection Water Supply System, - Comprehensive Renovation Of Bathrooms (Including Installation Of Installations, Installation Of Wall And Floor Coverings, Painting Of Walls And Ceilings, Installation Of Toilet Cubicles Made Of Hpl Laminate, Installation Of Elements Sanitary).3. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Indicated In § 1 Section 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Carefully Read The Design Documentation Before Submitting The Offer.4. Each Person Acting As A Supervisory Inspector In The Above-Mentioned Specialties Will Be Obliged To Be Present At The Construction Site At Least Four Times A Month And As Needed.5. The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Which Constitutes Annex No. 8 To The Swz, Indicated In § 1 Section 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template. It Is Recommended That The Contractor Carefully Read The Design Documentation Before Submitting The Offer.6.The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit.7.Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts. The Ordering Party Divided The Contract Related To Supervision Services Into Parts, Each Of Which Is The Subject Of A Separate Procedure. This Proceeding Concerns One Of The Above-Mentioned Parts Of The Order.8.Pursuant To § 3 Section 7 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy For His Professional Activities To The Extent Covering The Subject Of The Contract, For The Amount Of At Least Pln 500,000.00 (In Words: Five Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100), For The Entire Duration Of The Contract.9.The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 63,040.58 To Finance The Contract.10.Subcontractors: All Regulations And Requirements Regarding Subcontracting Were Included By The Ordering Party In The Contract Temp
