The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Development Of The Area Of Plot 40/16, Kobierzyce District. As Part Of The Order, Full-Discipline Development Design Documentation Must Be Prepared In Accordance With The Attached Development Concept For The Areas Made Available To The Kobierzyce Commune By Pkp S.A. For Plot 40/16, Kobierzyce District (Hereinafter Referred To As The Initial Concept). The Presented Initial Concept (Annex A To The Swz) Has Already Been The Subject Of Consultations And Functional Analyses, It Should Be Treated As The Initial Material, Giving An Image Of The Scale Of The Project And Its Essential Elements. At The Development Stage, The Contractor Should Analyze The Feasibility (Including On The Basis Of Individual Current Regulations) And The Validity Of Individual Solutions, Make Final Consultations With The Ordering Party And Then Present The Final Concept For Approval. After Obtaining This Approval, The Contractor Will Start Preparing The Design Documentation. At The Stage Of Implementation Of Construction Works, Authors Supervision Should Be Performed Under A Separate Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Obligations Of The Parties Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). The Land Development Concept Provided By Pkp Constitutes Annex A To The Swz/Annex 3 To The Contract.
