The Subject Of The Order Is The Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Residential And Uninhabited Properties Located In The Górzyca Commune And Its Transport To The Installation Of The Special Purpose Association Of Municipalities Czg-12 Municipal Waste Disposal Plant In Długoszyn, And In The Event Of A Failure Of The Above-Mentioned Installation Or When The Installation Cannot Accept Waste For Other Reasons, After The Ordering Partys Approval, To The Installation For The Processing Of Municipal Waste, Including Municipal Installations, In Accordance With The Hierarchy Of Proceedings With Waste, Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended) 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Throughout The Entire Contract Implementation Period, Collection And Transport From Inhabited And Uninhabited Properties: 2.1 Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste With Code 20 03 01 Collected In Bags, Containers Or Containers;2.2 Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, In Containers (Applies To Multi-Family Buildings, Schools, Large Shops And Cemeteries) And/Or In Bags (Applies To Single-Family And Multi-Family Buildings), Including: A) Paper, B) Glass, C) Plastics, Multi-Material Packaging, Metal, D) Bio-Waste, 2.3 Municipal Waste Collected Selectively, That Do Not Require Special Containers For Their Collection, Including: – Waste Electrical And Electronic Equipment, – Furniture And Other Large-Sized Waste, – Clothing.3.The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Appropriately Marked, In Accordance With The Intended Use, Maintain In Appropriate Technical And Sanitary Condition And Empty Waste Collection Containers Throughout The Duration Of The Contract In The Following Amounts: A) Municipal Cemetery In Górzyca: - 7 M3 Container For Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste: 1 Pc. - 1100 L Container For Biodegradable Waste: 2 Pcs. - In Accordance With The Terms Of Participation, To Collect The Container At The Cemetery In The Town Górzyca Must Be Designated For A Garbage Truck With A Permissible Total Vehicle Weight Of Up To 7.5 Tons. - Igloo Container For Plastics: 1 Pc. - Igloo Container For Glass: 1 Pc.
