Organizing Rehabilitation Packages For Seniors - Project Participants In Order To Improve Their Health And Well-Being In 2026: A 14-Day Rehabilitation Trip For 12 People With Various Diseases, Including 2 People In Wheelchairs And 9 Caregivers Of Disabled People. The Rehabilitation Stay Is Planned To Be Carried Out In The Period From October 2026 To December 20, 2026 (The Last Day Of The Planned Stay During The Stay); Authorizations And Requirements Regarding The Center: Type: Centers Authorized To Organize General Rehabilitation Stays For People 60+ And People With Disabilities. The Location Of The Center Is Required At A Maximum Distance Of 220 Km From The Border Of The Bieliny Commune. - Accommodation In The Center In Rooms For 2 People. Or 3 Pers. Each Room Is To Be Equipped With Single Beds With Bedding (Bunk Beds Are Excluded), A Wardrobe With Hangers And Shelves, And A Table With Chairs. - The Center Should Have A Canteen And Provide Full Board - At Least 3 Meals A Day (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner). - Each Room Should Have A Complete Bathroom (Washbasin, Shower, Toilet). - Each Room Should Be Equipped With Satellite Tv, An Electric Kettle, Plates And Glasses. - A Separate Ironing Area On The First Floor Where The Accommodation Rooms Are Located. - The Center Should Be Adapted For People With Disabilities, Including People In Wheelchairs. Wheelchairs. - Parking Lot At The Facility. - Separate Recreational Area With Tables And Benches. The Contractor Is Obliged, In Accordance With Art. 4 Section 3 Of The Act Of July 19, 2019 On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411, As Amended), Ensure That The Facility Meets The Minimum Requirements Specified In Art. 6 Above Act, And In Particular Was Equipped With Ramps And Elevators For The Disabled. In The Case Of Facilities That Do Not Meet Such A Requirement, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Certified Mobile Devices Replacing The Driveway And Elevator For The Duration Of The Contract. Instead Of An Elevator, A Stairclimber Transporting A Wheelchair And A Chair Transporting A Disabled Person Are Allowed, And In The Case Of A Ramp, The Facility Should Be Equipped With A Mobile Ramp. Requirements Regarding The Treatment Base In The Center/Centers: - Medical/Physiotherapeutic Consultation (Initial And Final) - Hydrotherapy - Physical Therapy - General Fitness Group Classes - Individual Therapy - Massages - Rehabilitation Gymnastics - General Fitness Gymnastics, Both Individual And Group. Each Participant Of The Rehabilitation Stay Will Receive At Least Three Selected Treatments A Day, For Min. 10 Treatment Days (Treatments As Recommended By A Doctor Or Physiotherapist). Medical Requirements: The Contractor Will Provide Free 24-Hour Medical Care (Continuous Nursing Care, Doctor).
