1. The Subject Of The Order Is Logistics Security - Purchase Of Fixed Assets: Tractor - 2 Pcs., Mobile Water Tank - 1 Pc. As Part Of The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Order Includes Three Parts: Part I - Light Tractor For Sidewalks (1 Piece), Part Ii - Heavy Tractor (1 Piece), Part Iii - Mobile Drinking Water Tank With A Capacity Of 6,000 L With A Trailer (1 Set). Each Part Constitutes A Separate Subject Of Offer, Delivery, Acceptance And Settlement.2.A Detailed Description Of The Elements Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Attached: Appendix No. 4 To Swz - Sopz. 3. If The Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials And Devices, The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99(5) Of The Act Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Goods Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party And Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. By The Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Ordering Party Understands The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Only Intended To Clarify The Level Of Expectations Of The Ordering Party In Relation To A Specific Solution. Therefore, The Use Of Manufacturers/Products Names Is For Example Purposes Only. When Describing The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party, By Indicating The Name Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product, Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of The Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Parameters Or Better. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents (Along With The Offer) Confirming The Credibility Of These Materials Or Devices. They Will Be Subject To Assessment By The Ordering Party, Which Will Be The Basis For The Ordering Partys Decision To Accept Equivalents. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Ask The Author Of The Design Documentation For An Opinion On The Offered Materials Or Devices.
