The Subject Of The Order Is The Printing And Delivery Of Advertising Materials For The Koszalin University Of Technology To The Extent Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz), The Offer Form Constituting Appendix No. 1 And The Price Form Constituting Attachment No. 2 To The Swz.2.Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order: 1) Designs Made By The Ordering Party (Applies To All Items Except Items 5 And 7 In The Price Form) Will Be Provided To The Contractor In The Form Of Files In Pdf, Cdr Or Tif Format By Electronic Means (E-Mail); 2) The Valuation Of Advertising Prints Does Not Include The Development Of Designs By The Contractor - These Materials Are Provided By The Ordering Party, Except For Items 5 And 7 In The Price Form, In The Case Of Item 5 And 7, The Process Of Preparing Projects Is As Follows: A) The Ordering Party Provides The Contractor Electronically (E-Mail) With Guidelines Or A Description Of The Design Assumptions, B) On Their Basis, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop And Present To The Ordering Party A Preliminary Visualization For Approval, C) The Contractor Commences The Execution Of The Order Only After Obtaining The Approval Of The Project By The Ordering Party (Sent Via E-Mail), D) The Cost Of Preparing The Visualization For Item 5 And 7 Must Be Fully Included In The Offered Price For These Items In The Price Form; 3) Copyrights To The Visualization Are Transferred To The Ordering Party; 4) The Acceptance Report Is The Only Basis For Issuing A Vat Invoice And Payment In Accordance With The Contract;5) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Individual Batches Of Promotional Items During The Term Of The Contract Without Changing The Unit Prices;6) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right Not To Use The Entire Quantities Recorded, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract;7) The University Magazine From Item 8 Of The Pricing Form Has The Issn Number 1509-771;8) The Contractor Is Obliged To Appropriately Pack The Printed Matter, Including: Packed Magazines In Cartons - Number Of Magazines In 1 Carton, Maximum 20 Pcs. +//- 2, Guides Packed In Cartons - Number Of Guides In 1 Carton, Maximum 30 Pcs. +//- 2; 9) The Contractor Undertakes To Describe The Number Of Pieces Of Prints Inside Each Package.4.Detailed Provisions Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.5.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Individual Items Specified In The Price Form That Are The Subject Of The Order.
