►The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Inspection And Maintenance Of Fire Doors In Military Complexes Administered By The 13Th Military Economic Division In Grudziądz, In Accordance With The Requirements And Description Of The Subject And Under The Conditions Specified In The Procedure Documents. ►The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Inspection Of Fire Doors, Consisting Of Verification And Checking Of All Fire Doors. Indicated In The Offer Form, I.E.: - Structure - Condition Of Paint Coatings - Hinges (Fixing And Functioning) - Frame Mounting - Closing/Opening (Condition Of Door Closer, Closing Force, Opening Force) - Tightness Between The Floor And The Door Leaf - Condition Of Intumescent Seals - Condition Of Glazing And Glazing Seals (If Applies) - Operation Of The Leaf Closing Sequence Regulator For Double-Leaf Doors (If Applicable)2) Performance Of Maintenance Activities On Fire-Resistant Doors Within The Scope Indicated In The Offer Form, I.E.: - Adjustment Of Door Leaves, - Installation Of Seals, - Adjustment Of Door Closers, - Adjustment Of Hinges, - Regulation Of Operation Of The Leaf Closing Sequence Regulator For Double-Leaf Doors),3) Performance Of Service And Repair Works Indicated In Offer Form, I.E.: - Delivery And Installation Of Door Closers For Fire Protection Doors (Top Surface Door Closer With A Classic Arm) - Delivery And Installation Of A Leaf Closing Sequence Controller For Double-Leaf Doors, - Repairs Of Door Closers, - Delivery And Replacement Of Passive Door Leaf Bolts, - Repair/Delivery And Replacement Of The Falling Strip Of Fire Protection Doors - Repairs/Deliveries And Replacements Mortise Locks.►The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Ensure The Safety Of Employees Performing The Work (In Particular, To Train The Employees And Provide Them With The Necessary Equipment); 2) Protect The Devices Against Destruction And Other Damage; 3) Carry Out The Work In The Service Area In A Way That Is Not Inconvenient For The Users Of The Military Complex; 4) Enable Safe And Uninterrupted Use Of The Complex Area By Employees, Soldiers And Visitors Of A Given Military Unit During The Service Implementation; 5) Ensure On Its Own And At Its Own Expense Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order, Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions, Protective Clothing And Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Equipment, Measures (Including Personal Protective Equipment And Disinfectants) And Devices Necessary To Perform The Activities Covered By The Contract. If The Conditions As Above Are Not Met, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages And Situations Arising As A Result Of His Actions Or Omission. ► The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A 24-Month Warranty For The Above-Mentioned Elements And A 12-Month Warranty For The Workmanship. Service Counted From The Date Of The Service Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party.
