The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery Of Furniture Intended For Furnishing Guest Rooms, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In This Swz And In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Swz. The Furniture Delivered Must Be: 1) Brand New, Unused And Free From Physical And Legal Defects, 2) Made Of Materials Intended For Use In Facilities Accommodation Units, 3) Complete And Ready For Use After Delivery And Installation, 4) Made In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, 5) Aesthetic And Made With Due Care, While Maintaining A Uniform Style Of Room Furnishings.
