The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Supply Of Natural Gas To Public Utility Facilities In The Wolbórz Commune.2.The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In The List And Characteristics Of Collection Points Constituting Appendix No. 3 To This Tor And The Draft Contract Constituting Attachment No. 6 To This Tor.3.The Subject Of The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 - Energy Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended). And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis. The Quality Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Comply With The Polish Standard Pn-C-04750 Gas Fuels - Classification, Marking And Requirements. The Distribution System Operator Is Responsible For The Quality Of The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Economy Of July 2, 2010 - On Detailed Conditions For The Operation Of The Gas System (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1382).4.The Contractor Undertakes To Sell High-Methane Natural Gas Type E And Ensures Its Distribution To The Ordering Party On A Continuous Basis Throughout The Duration Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure And Conclude A Distribution Contract On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. The Ownership Of The Gas Fuel Is Transferred To The Ordering Party Within The Ownership Limit Of The Distribution System Operators Gas Network Specified In The Conditions Of Connection To The Gas Network. As Part Of The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Settlements For The Consumption Of Gas Fuel Will Be Based On The Actual Reading Of The Measurement System.5.The Total Estimated Demand For Natural Gas In The Period From January 1, 2027 To December 31, 2027 For The Consumption Points Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Is 821,497 Kwh (The Amounts Given In This Specification Are Approximate And May Be Changed).6.The Given Natural Gas Consumption During The Contract Period Is An Estimated Amount Used To Calculate The Offer Price, Compare Offers And Select The Best Offer. It Does Not Constitute An Obligation For The Ordering Party To Purchase Natural Gas In The Specified Quantity. Actual Consumption Will Result From The Current Demand Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor With Whom The Ordering Party Signs A Contract Is Not Entitled To Any Claim For The Supply Of Natural Gas In The Amount Specified In The List And Characteristics Of Consumption Points - (Annex No. 3 To The Swz).7.A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Solutions Equivalent To Its Description Or Standards, Together With Evidence - In Order To Prove In Its Offer That
