The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Brand New Agricultural Tractor, Free From Defects And Damage, With Accessories, Manufactured No Earlier Than 2026, With All-Wheel Drive (4X4), With An Engine Power In The Range Of 70-80 Hp, In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The List Of Minimum Technical, Functional And Operational Requirements And Equipment. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To:1.Delivering The Agricultural Tractor With The Required Accessories To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party;2.Bearing All Costs Related To The Transport And Insurance Of The Subject Of The Order Until It Is Received By The Ordering Party;3.Conducting An Operational Test Before Acceptance To Confirm The Proper Operation Of The Tractor And The Supplied Accessories;4.Conducting Training For Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Proper And Safe Operation Of The Tractor And Accessories;5.Providing The Ordering Party With A Set Of Documents Required By Law And Documentation Necessary For The Proper Operation, Maintenance, Servicing And Registration Of The Tractor. Place Of Delivery: Ul. Mickiewicza 3, Kudowa-Zdrój. The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Agricultural Tractor Be Adapted And Approved For Movement On Public Roads And Meet All The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Provisions Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis. The Offer Price Must Include All Costs Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions, In Particular Costs Of Purchasing A Tractor With Accessories, Transport And Its Insurance, Conducting An Operational Test, Operating Training And Providing The Required Documentation.
