Młynarska In Szprotawa) Along With The Reconstruction Of The Bridge Structure At Km 0+043, Reconstruction Of The Retaining Wall And Reconstruction Of The Bridge Structure At Km 0+347.5.1.1.Attention! Applies To Structure No. 2 - Reconstruction Of The Bridge Structure At Km 0+347. The Contracting Party Is In The Process Of Obtaining A Construction Permit For This Structure. 5.1.2.Work On Structure No. 2 (Bridge Structure At Km 0+347) Is Scheduled For Completion In 2027 After Obtaining The Above-Mentioned Permit. 5.1.3.The Rest Of The Works Covered By These Proceedings In Accordance With The Deadline Referred To In Point 8 Swz 5.2.The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In Particular By: Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works.5.3.Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Develop And Agree On The Temporary Traffic Organization Project.5.4.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Order In The Material Scope Included In Particular In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And In The Bills Of Quantities (Bills Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Element). 5.5.A Paper Version Of The Above-Mentioned Documents Is Available For Inspection At The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Ul. Room 75.6.The Quality Of Materials, Products And Elements Delivered To The Construction Site Must Comply With The Standard Requirements, Approvals, Certificates Of Approval For Use And The Provisions Of The Technical Design As Well As The Requirements Contained In Swz.5.7.Equivalence Of Materials And Equipment 5.7.1.In A Situation Where The Ordering Party Has Described The Subject Of The Order By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That It Is Allowed To Use Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. This Provision Also Applies To All Types Of Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Ordering Partys Institution Refers In The Documentation Proceedings.5.7.2.The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Construction Materials That Are Listed In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Detailed Technical Specifications, Provided That The Equivalent Materials Will Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters Or Better Than The Materials Listed In The Above-Mentioned Documents. 5.7.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Supplies (Equipment And Construction Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 5.7.4.All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Paramet
