The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Titled Design And Build Design And Implementation Of An Air-Conditioning Installation For Office Rooms In The Building Of The Municipal Office In Wyrzysk At Ul. Bydgoska 29, 89-300 Wyrzysk, As Part Of The Investment Task Titled Renovation Of The Building Of The Municipal Office In Wyrzysk. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu), Applicable Regulations, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Employers Requirements; 2) Obtaining - On Behalf Of The Employer, If Required - The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Consents, Permits, Notifications Or Administrative Decisions; 3) Agreeing On Design Solutions With The Employer And Submitting Design Documentation For Approval Before The Commencement Of Works Covered By This Documentation. The Works Covered By The Documentation May Commence After Its Acceptance By The Ordering Party And After Obtaining The Consents, Arrangements, Notifications Or Decisions Required By Law. The Acceptance Of The Documentation By The Ordering Party Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For Its Correctness, Completeness And Compliance With The Fup, Legal Provisions And Principles Of Technical Knowledge; 4) Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Works Within The Scope Of The Developed Design Documentation; 5) Performance Of Construction And Installation Works, Including Necessary Preparatory Works, Drillings, Grooves, Cable And Pipe Routes, Cooling Installations, Condensate Drainage, Power Supply And Control, And Reconstruction Works And Finishing;6) Delivery, Assembly, Connection, Commissioning And Regulation Of Air Conditioning Devices (Indoor And Outdoor Units) And Delivery And Installation Of Air Dehumidifiers In Archive Rooms;7) Performance Of The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Inspections As Well As Complete As-Built Documentation;8) Provision Of Operating And Use Instructions In Polish And Training Of Persons Indicated By The Ordering Party;9) Provision Of Warranty, Maintenance And Service Services Required To Maintain The Full Warranty During The Warranty Period, In Including Inspections Of Devices And Checking The Tightness Of Systems At Least Twice In Each Year Of The Warranty Period, Or More Often If Required By Law Or Manufacturers Requirements.
