Performance Of Stratographic Tests Of The Facade, In Accordance With Decision No. 632/2025 Of April 18, 2025 Of The Lower Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. C. Delivery And Installation Of An Information Board About The Granted Funding In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Co-Financing Institution, D. Preparation Of An Energy Performance Certificate For The Building After Thermal Modernization (In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Development Of February 27, 2015 On The Methodology For Determining The Energy Performance Of A Building Or Part Of A Building And Energy Performance Certificates (Journal Of Laws Of 2015, Item 376, As Amended), E. Performing An Ex Post Audit, F. Calculating The Indicators Indicated In The Application For Funding Based On The Completed Works, G. The Scope Of Works Also Includes All Works, Deliveries And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Agreement, Even If They Have Not Been Clearly Indicated, But Result From The Design Documentation, Energy Audit, Stwiorb, Principles Of Technical Knowledge Or Applicable Regulations.
