Task 1. Rdw Zgórsko - Od Pińczów, Od Łopusznothe Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of The Necessary Design Documentation. The Design Documentation Should Be Internally Consistent And Correlated In All Industries, Contain Optimal Functional, Utility, Construction, Material And Cost Solutions, Which Are Subject To Agreement With The Ordering Party. The Composition Of The Design Documentation And The Method Of Its Development Are Described In Detail In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu).2) Execution Of Construction Works Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure Based On The Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor Together With Services That Are Not Construction Works. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Presented In The Fup.3) Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Developed Design Documentation At The Stage Of Construction Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Necessary Works For The Proper Implementation Of Permanent Traffic Organization Projects, In Accordance With Applicable Law And Their Each Change On The Date Of Submission Of The Design Documentation. All Necessary Design Studies Must Be Carried Out (Even Those Resulting From Changes In Legal Regulations), The Necessary Opinions And Conditions Must Be Obtained On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Arrangements, Permits, Approvals, Decisions And Approvals Necessary To Perform The Scope Of The Contract In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Construction Works Must Be Performed To Ensure The Proper Functioning Of The Introduced Traffic Organization. Pursuant To Art. 100 Paragraph 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Design Documentation Should Take Into Account The Accessibility Of The Designed Solutions For People With Disabilities.
