The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Under The Name: Renovation Of The Section Of District Road No. 1213B - Barszcze - Pruska - Tajno Łanowe - Netta Drugi, Section Length 1.2 Km - From Km 10 + 600.00 To Km 11 + 800.00. Attention !2.The Ordering Party Informs That If The Amount It Intends To Allocate To Finance The Order Turns Out To Be Lower Than The Price Of The Most Advantageous Offer, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Material Scope Of The Order By Shortening The Renovated Road Section So That The Price Of The Order Is Within The Amount That The Ordering Party Can Allocate For Its Financing.3.The Minimum Scope Of The Contract That Will Be Awarded Includes The Renovation Of A 0.8 Km Long Road Section. The Ordering Party Will Not Award An Order To An Extent Less Than That Specified In The Previous Sentence.4.The Ordering Party Will Inform The Contractor About The Final Scope Of The Order Before Concluding The Contract. The Scope Will Be Implemented From The Side Of M. Netta 5. The Contractors Remuneration For The Execution Of The Order To A Limited Extent Will Be Determined On The Basis Of The Unit Prices Of The Offer Cost Estimate Presented In The Offer, According To The Scope Actually Covered By The Contract. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect, In Particular For Payment Of Remuneration For Works Not Covered By The Contract Or Compensation. Bituminous Roadway, • Construction Of A Strengthening And Leveling Layer Of Mineral-Bituminous Mixtures, Medium • Construction Of A Wearing Course Of Asphalt Concrete, • Formation Of Both-Sided Roadsides From A Mixture Of Crushed Aggregate. Mechanically • Digging Open Roadside Ditches (Deepening And Profiling), • Performing Accompanying And Finishing Works.
