The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Insulation Of The External Walls Of The Building Along With Preparation And Repair Of The Existing Substrate And Execution Of Finishing Layers Of The Facade, • Performance Of Works Related To The Insulation Of Walls In The Ground Floor And Basements, • Insulation Of The Flat Roof Along With Including The Installation Of A New Roof Covering, • Replacement Of External Window Frames, • Replacement Of External Door Frames, • Replacement Of External And Internal Window Sills, • Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings, • Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System, • Repair Of Chimneys, • Replacement Of Gutters And Downspouts, • Works Related To The Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Glass Block Wall, • Works Related To The Stairs To The Basement And Balustrade, • Performance Of Demolition And Preparatory Works, Reconstruction And Finishing Works, • Performance Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Task Is Covered By The Mzg Bonus Granted By Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego From The State Budget As Part Of The Thermal Modernization And Renovation Fund (Ftir). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Annexes To The Terms Of Reference.
