The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New School Bus Intended For Transporting Children And Students, As Part Of The Task Entitled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant In Świnice Warckie Together With Sanitary Infrastructure - Stage 1 In The Design And Build Formula.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works, Deliveries, Assembly, Commissioning, Tests, Examinations And Acceptance Activities Necessary For The Proper Implementation And Functioning Of The Scope Covered By Stage 13. Material Scope: The Scope Of Stage 1 Includes In Particular: 1.Catchment Station For Delivered Sewage And Sludge;2.Nitrifier – Biological Reactor;3.Lemna Aerated Pond;4.Lemna Cleaning Pond;5.Blower Station;6.Technological Networks Between Facilities Necessary For The First Stage Of Implementation;7.Electrical Networks And Instrumentation And Control Equipment Necessary For The First Stage Of Implementation. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 4. Scope Of Design The Contractor Will Be Obliged In Particular To: 1) Perform The Necessary Preparatory And Inventory Work; 2) Verify The Output Data Provided By The Ordering Party; 3) Develop The Required Design Documentation; 4) Obtain The Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions, Notifications And Permits Required By Law, Unless Are Required;5) Development Of Construction Documentation;6) Development Of As-Built Documentation;7) Preparation Of Documentation Related To Commissioning And Acceptance;8) Obtaining All Documents Required For The Proper Use Of The Constructed Facilities And Installations.5.Scope Of Worksthe Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comprehensively Perform Works Covered By The Ffu, Including Delivery, Assembly, Connection, Configuration, Commissioning And Checking Of Devices And Installations. The Works Should Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Fact That The Treatment Plant In Question Is An Active Technological Facility.
