Lot No. 1: Delivery Of Computer And Multimedia Equipment1.The Subject Of The Order For Part No. 1 Includes The Delivery And Transport Of The Equipment In Question, Equipment Meeting The Requirements Described In Annex No. 1 - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order To The Building Of The Municipal Cultural Center In Kołczygłowy At Ul. Szkolna 1.2.The Cost Of Delivery And Preparation Of Equipment For Use Should Be Included In The Price Of The Delivered Products And Should Not Be A Separate Item On The Invoice.3.The Contractor Must Provide All Devices And Elements That Are Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Whole. If, During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, It Turns Out That Any Device Or Element Is Missing, The Absence Of Which Will Result In Incorrect Functioning Of The Entire Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Deliver It At His Own Expense.4.The Equipment Covered By The Order Will Be Carried By Stairs To The First And Ground Floors. 5. Before Submitting An Offer, The Contractor Should Take Into Account The Local Conditions Of The Building,6.The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damage To The Building Infrastructure - Walls, Floors, Elevators, Doors, Etc. Caused During The Transport, Bringing And Assembly Of Furniture. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Possible Damage At His Own Expense.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Assembly Site, Collect And Remove, At His Own Expense, All Packaging, Foil Boxes And Other Waste Generated During The Execution Of The Order. It Is Unacceptable To Store Waste In The Ordering Partys Containers.8.The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Have Warranty Cards And An Operating Manual In Polish, And Must Have Documents Required By Applicable Law Confirming The Ce Marking (Declaration Of Conformity Or Ce Certificate - If Required).9.All Delivered Products Should Comply With The Concept Of Universal Design Based On Eight Principles: 1) Usability For People With Different Abilities, 2) Flexibility In Use, 3) Simple And Intuitive Use, 4) Clear Information, 5) Error Tolerance, 6) Comfortable Use Without Effort, 7) Size And Space Appropriate For Access And Use, 8) Perception Of Equality. 10. It Is The Contractors Obligation To Plan And Perform All Temporary And Additional Works Necessary To Carry Out And Implement The Deliveries Constituting The Subject Of The Order, If Required.11.The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decisio
