1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Food Products For Military Garrisons Located In Łask And Sieradz. 2. The Order Was Divided Into 4 Parts: Part 1 - Sauces, Soups, Spices, Honey; Part 2 - Vegetable Oils And Fats; Part 3 - Coffee And Tea; Part 4 - Non-Alcoholic Drinks.3.The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers, Provided That The Offer Must Include A Valuation Of The Entire Product Range Constituting The Subject Of The Order Within The Selected Part.4.Each Contractor May Submit An Offer For All Or Selected Parts Of The Order. The Ordering Party Does Not Limit The Number Of Parts The Production Of Which May Be Entrusted To One Contractor.5.The Type Of Product Ordered Is Included In The Price Form - Annex No. 3 To The Swz. 6. The Contractor Prepares An Offer Specifying Unit Prices Of Individual Product Items. The Price Form - Annex No. 3 To The Swz Will Constitute The Basis For Financial Settlements With The Contractor. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (I.E. Parameters, Quality Standards And Other Requirements) Is Included In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Depending On The Part Of The Order. The Delivered Goods Must Meet The Minimum Quality Requirements Contained In This Document.8.If The Ordering Party Anticipates The Size Of Unit Packages For A Given Product Range, Such Information Is Included In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Use Of Substitute Packaging For Food Products.9.The Products Must Meet The Polish Standards Indicated In The Opz (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz). The Delivered Products Must Be Fresh With An Expiration Date In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Must Be Of The Highest Quality. The Delivered Food Products Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Food Law Provisions, In Particular Regarding Health Quality, Storage Conditions, Transport, Best-Before Dates Or Minimum Durability Dates And Proper Labeling.10.The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Attach A Statement Confirming That The Food Products Come From A Manufacturer Under Constant Supervision Of The Relevant District Sanitary Inspection With The First Delivery Of Food Products. If The Products Come From An Entity Other Than Their Manufacturer, The Contractor Will Additionally Attach A Certificate Confirming That This Entity Is Under The Constant Supervision Of The Relevant District Sanitary Inspectorate. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present The Documents Referred To Above At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.11.In Relation To The Supply Of Food Products, The Contractor, At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, Will Be Obliged To Present The Documents Referred To In The Scope Of Authorization To Conduct A Specific Business Or Professional Activity Listed Above.12.The Contractor Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party In Writing In The Event Of The Presence Of Allergens In The Delivered Products.13.The Ordering Partys Requirements Related To The Delivery Of
