1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Winter Maintenance Of Roads And Public Places In The Górno Commune In The Winter Season 2026/2027. The Order Should In Particular Ensure Passability, Passage And Limit Disruptions To Road Traffic Flow Caused By Snowfall By: A) Clearing Snow From Roads, B) Combating And Eliminating Winter Slipperiness By Using Chemicals And/Or Roughening Materials, C) Removing Excess Snow, D) And Performing Other Works And Taking Organizational And Technical Actions Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order.1.1. Due To The Fact That The Volumes Of Services Were Determined Based On The Scope Of Services Provided In The Winter Season 2025/2026, The Ordering Party Informs About The Possibility Of Changing The Above-Mentioned. Volume Of Services And Indication Of New Implementation Sites In The Górno Commune. In Order To Indicate Roads And Other Places Subject To Winter Maintenance And Their Location, The Ordering Party Attaches An Overview Map (Annex No. 12) And A List Of Roads (Annex No. 8.1) And A List Of Additional Parking Lots (Annex 8.2), However, This List May Not Include Roads And Other Places That Will Prove Necessary For Maintenance During The Winter Season. Road Maintenance During The Winter Period Is Carried Out To The Same Standard On All Roads Subject To Winter Maintenance. Maintenance. The Contractor Maintains A State Of Readiness To Join The Full Scope Of Action From The First Call Until April 30, 2027, So That The Full Scope Of Active Action Begins At A Time Consistent With The Submitted Offer. For The Roads Indicated In The List, The Service Must Be Performed On The Dates And Periods Indicated In The Offer And In The Indicated Road Maintenance Standards (For Requirements Not Specified In The Swz). The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims If The Ordering Party Uses The Possibility Of Providing Some Services Through Its Own Organizational Unit.2. Estimated Number Of Works (Basis For Calculating The Offer Price) For The Winter Season: - Snow Removal: 2,500 Km - Sandblasting: 2,700 Km - Backhoe Loader Work: 100 Hours - Parking Lot At The Quarry In Górno (600 M2) - 5X - Cedzyna Parking Lot At The Dam (Access Road With Parking Spaces - 1,170 M2) - 5X - Leszczyny Parking By The Reservoir
