1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Wood Pellets For The School Complex. Janusz Korczak In Szydłów.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Unloading And Bringing To The Ordering Partys Premises Of Wood Pellets In An Amount Of Approx. 120 Tons, In Successive Deliveries Of Approx. 10 Tons Each, For The Duration Of The Contract. 3. Quality Requirements Relating To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Contract:3.1. General And Raw Material Requirements:1) The Subject Of The Order Is Brand New, Packaged (Packed In 15 Kg Or 25 Kg Bags) Wood Pellets, Produced Only From Clean, Chemically Unprocessed By-Products Of The Wood Industry (Pure Sawdust And Wood Shavings), Without The Addition Of Any Chemical Binding Substances (Glues, Varnishes, Paints).2) The Parameters Of The Pellets Must Be Fully Consistent With The Current Pn-En Iso Standard 17225-2 For Class A1 (Or Equivalent).4.Due To The Unpredictability Of The Weather, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase Larger Quantities Or Not Deliver Some Of The Pellets.5.Place Of Delivery: School Complex. Janusz Korczak In Szydłów, Ul. Szkolna 5, 64-930 Szydłowo.6.The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Splitting The Contract Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution, And The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Different Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract.
