The Subject Of The Order Titled: Reconstruction Of Cichej Street In The Scope Of Raising The Intersection From Partyzantow Street In Czechowice-Dziedzice Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing Intersection Of Cichej And Partyzantow Streets In Czechowice-Dziedzice. As Part Of The Task, The Intersection Should Be Raised By 12 Cm Relative To The Existing Road Surface With Red Concrete Paving Stones. On The Side Of The Inruns, Stone Retainers Flush With The Road Surface Are Planned. The Roadways Of The Elevated Intersection Should Be Limited With Stone Retainers. A Curbside Drain Should Be Built At One Edge Of The Road. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation Entitled: Reconstruction Of Cichej Street In Czechowice-Dziedzice With Regard To The Implementation Of The Elevation Of The Intersection Of Cicha And Partyzonów Streets (Appendix No. 10 To Swz). Note: The Ordering Party Waives The Obligation To Make A Frost Protection Layer Made Of A Mixture Bound With A C1.5/2 Hydraulic Binder, 35 Cm Thick. Crossroad Surface Structure: 8Cm Red Concrete Paving Stones, Thickness. 8Cm, Sand Bedding 1:4 Gr. 3 Cm, Base Layer Of Mechanically Stabilized Aggregate 0/31.5 Gr. 20 Cm. Other Conditions: 1. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of The Design Documentation. 2.From The Moment Of Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site Until The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Shall Be Liable On General Terms For Personal And Property Damage Resulting From The Facility.3.The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Land Development Plan, Observing All The Conditions Specified In The Documentation, Under The Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications.4.The Execution Of Works, Acceptance And Organization (Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Coordination In The Field Of Health And Safety) On The Site Of The Works Should Be Carried Out Based On Current Standards And Regulations.5.The Contractor Will Perform All Inspections, Tests And Measurements Of The Completed Works At His Own Expense.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Particular Caution When Performing The Works, Separating, Securing And Marking The Work Area And Securing Tools And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Third Parties If They Are Available.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Work Area And Communication Routes Within The Work Area Clean Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Will Perform Cleaning Works On An Ongoing Basis.8.In The Event Of Any Failures And Damage Occurring On The Work Site, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Them Immediately And Effectively. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage For Which The Contractor And Entities Acting On Its Behalf (Subcontractors) Are Jointly And Severally Liable. The Costs Of Repairing Any Damage Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.9.The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For
