No Active Soil Remediation Works Are Being Carried Out On The Public Road At The Remediation Zone. Nuisance Is Expected As A Result Of The Remediation Works. The Remediation Works Will Last A Week. Due To The Location Of The Contamination Up To The Plot Boundary, (Part Of) The Site Facilities Will Be Located On The Public Road (Cycle Path And Footpath). Traffic Expected. • Bukenstraat 76 In 1910 Kampenhout At Plot 186/02 E (Bukenstraat 76 In Kampenhout) There Is Contamination With Asbestos In The Solid Part Of The Earth. This Contamination Is Due To The Fill Layer That Was Constructed Before 1962 (Presumably Around 1945) And The Presence Of A Drip Zone And At The Drainage Zone As Mixed, Predominantly Historic. A Total Of 1,473 M³ Of Soil Will Be Excavated During The Works Backfill Soil Code 211. The Remediation Works Will Take Approximately Two Weeks And Will Therefore Be Carried Out Within A Period Of 180 Days. The Remediation Works Will Ensure Limited Noise And Traffic Nuisance. There May Be Residual Contamination Around The Existing Trees On The Plot Zone To Be Dug. The Soil Remediation Works Are Completed Per Site, But Consecutively.
