The Architecture Scope Of Work Includes Key Items Below:• Addition Of A Commercial Kitchen, Office Space With Support Spaces, Including Builtin Cabinetry;• Addition Of Partition Walls For Spaces And T-Bar Ceiling Over Office And Kitchen• Relocation, Addition Of Lights• Review And Relocation Of The Sprinkler Heads• Supporting Work By Mechanical And Electrical- As Listed In The Respectivedrawings..2 For The Purposes Of Contract Closeout And Contract Duration And Schedule, There Will Beone Ready For Takeover For The Entirety Of The Contract Scope Including All Phases..3 For The Purpose Of Substantial Completion Under The Bc Lien Act, There Will Be Onesubstantial Completion Once The Building Is Ready For Use Intended..4 The Contractor Shall Indicate This Division Of Scope Clearly On Their Schedule Of Values Sothe Payment Certifier May Consider In Determination Of Substantial Completion
