Descriptionbackground Tønsberg Municipality Needs To Establish A New Framework Agreement For Painting And Coating Services Because The Existing Agreement Has Expired And Must Be Replaced. The Procurement Will Ensure That The Municipality Continues To Have Access To Necessary Services For Ongoing Maintenance And Planned Upgrades In The Municipalitys Buildings And Facilities. The Municipality Has A Persistent And Growing Need For External And Internal Surface Treatment In Schools, Kindergartens, Health Buildings And Other Purpose-Built Buildings, Among Other Things. The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Ensure The Right Quality, Predictable Delivery And Effective Follow-Up Of Assignments Across The Businesses. The Framework Agreement Shall Contribute To Good Use Of Resources, Clear Call-Off Routines And Stable Delivery Capacity Throughout The Entire Agreement Period. The Aim Is A Parallel Model With Two Suppliers, Where Assignments Are Generally Offered To The Supplier Ranked As Number One, And Then To The Supplier Ranked As Number Two If The First Cannot Deliver Within The Set Deadlines. Estimated Total Value Is Approx. Nok 35,000,000 Excl. Vat Over Four Years. Description Of The Assignment The Procurement Concerns A Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Painting And Coating Services To Tønsberg Municipality. The Delivery Will Cover The Municipalitys Needs For Work Related To Painting, Flooring And Other Surface Treatment, Both Indoors And Outdoors. The Framework Agreement Shall Cover Both Ongoing Maintenance, Minor Repairs And Planned Renovation Work In Municipal Buildings And Facilities. The Assignments May Vary In Size And Complexity, And Will, Among Other Things, Apply To Work In Schools, Nurseries, Healthcare Buildings And Other Buildings In Daily Use. Emphasis Is Placed On The Fact That Calls Under The Framework Agreement Must Be Carried Out Efficiently And Predictably, With Quick Response, Good Coordination With The Municipalitys Units And Equal Quality In The Deliveries Regardless Of Which Supplier Carries Out The Assignment. The Delivery Must Also Support The Need For Good Documentation, Including Status Reporting And Assignment-Related Documentation. The Work Must Be Able To Be Carried Out In A Way That Ensures Safe Operation And Limits Inconvenience For Users Of The Buildings.
