Descriptionthe University Of Østfold Wishes To Enter Into An Agreement For Consultancy Services Related To Campus Development And Realization Of A New Campus Solution In Fredrikstad. We Need Assistance In The Competition Phase, During Negotiations And Contract Signing, As Well As For Follow-Up Of The Colleges Needs And Interests In Dialogue With The Chosen Provider Until The Completion Of The New Campus Solution, Planned For 2030. The Consultancy Assistance Will Support The Project Owner In Safeguarding The Colleges Interests, Decision-Making Needs And Areas Of Responsibility In The Project. The Supplier Must Act As A Sparring Partner For The Project Owner And Contribute To Good Project And Corporate Governance. The Assistance Will Have A Particular Responsibility For Strengthening The Colleges Understanding Of Technical And Financial Interests In Dialogue With Those Invited To The Competition/Negotiations And Then With The Selected Provider.
