The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Development Of Investment Projects In The Working Phase And Exercise Of Authors Supervision For The Implementation Of Objects Under The Project For Modernization And Renovation Of Educational Infrastructure Buildings In The City Of Haskovo In Four Separate Positions:Separate Position No. 1: Object Main Renovation, Extension And Introduction Of Energy Efficiency Measures Of The Buildings Of The Primary School Lyuben Karavelov, Town Of Haskovoseparate Position No. 2: Object Major Renovation And Implementation Of Energy Efficiency Measures Of The Buildings Of The Primary School Lyuben Karavelov, Uzundzhovo Village, Haskovo Municipalityseparate Position No. 3: Object Modernization And Renovation Of Kindergarten No. 16 Slaveiche - Ezhko Bezhko Building, Plovdivska St. No. 1, Town Of Haskovoseparate Position No. 4: Object Modernization And Renovation Of Kindergarten No. 18 Osmi March - Building No. 40 Oborishte St., Haskovo The Activities Subject To The Award For The Period Of Execution Of The Order Are The Following:Activity 1 - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Working Project Phase For The Relevant Site. Investment Projects Must Be Prepared By Legally Competent Designers And Have The Scope And Content In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4/2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects. When Preparing The Project Documentation, The Investment Project Development Teams Must Comply With The Requirements Of The Design Assignment For The Relevant Object And The Requirements Of The Technical Specification, Which Are An Integral Part Of This Order.Activity 2 - Exercise Of Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Relevant Object. This Activity Will Be Carried Out After The Issuance Of A Construction Permit For The Site - In The Period From The Drawing Up Of Act Form 2 For The Opening Of The Construction Site Of The Construction Until The Drawing Up And Signing Of The Constitutive Act To Establish The Suitability For Acceptance Of The Same Construction (Appendix No. 15 To Art. 7, Para. 3, Item 15 Of Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction). Investment Projects Must Be Developed In The Working Project Phase And, According To The Requirements Of The Design Tasks For The Relevant Objects, Must Include The Following Parts:Part Architectural;Part Architectural Interior And Furnishing With Preparation Of Furnishing Specification; And Equipment;Landscaping And Landscaping Part;Part Constructive;Part Geodesy; Electrical Part, Including Fire Alarm, Signal Installation, Etc. Low-Current Installations, Power Plant For Own Needs;Part Of Plumbing;Part Energy Efficiency;Hvac Part;Part Fire Safety;Part Pbz;Part Puso;Part Accounting Documentation;Part Technological;At The Discretion Of The Contractor, Other Parts Of The Investment Projects, Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order And For The Issuance Of The Corresponding Construction Permit, May Be Added. Each Part Of The Investment Project Must Be Coordinated With The Other Parts Of The Project.
