The Object Of This Public Procurement Is Delivery Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code.The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described And Regulated In The Technical Specification, Part 2 Of The Participation Documentation.⚡ The Contractor Will Carry Out The Assigned Deliveries In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority And The Legal And By-Laws Regulating The Activities Included In The Specific Public Procurement.⚡ The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy By The Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, As Well As All Legally Determined Fees, The Excise Duty Payable And Network Services (For Combined Services Under Article 11, Item 10 Of The Ptee), Which The Contracting Authority Pays To The Contractor At The Current Prices Determined By Kevr And/Or Another Competent Authority, For The Relevant Period Based On Information Received From The Network Operator.
