The Subject Of The Order Is The Periodic Supply Of Food Products For The Needs Of The Kitchen Of Dg Chaika - Kardzhali, Upon Prior Written Requests Of The Contracting Authority, Free From The Contracting Authoritys Warehouse, For A Period Of 24 Months From The Entry Into Force Of The Contracts Or Until The Maximum Contract Value Is Reached. The Order Is Divided Into Five Separate Items:Op 1 Fruits And Vegetables - Fresh;​​​​​​​Op 2 Packaged Food Products, Food Products - Canned And Processed;Op 3 Bread And Cereal-Based Foods;Op 4 Milk, Milk Products, Oils And Eggs;Op 5 Meat, Meat Products And Fish. The Unit Prices Are Determined By A Constant Percentage Discount Compared To The Base Prices According To The References Of Sapi Eood. Deliveries Of Biological Products Are Planned According To Art. 47A Zop, Ordinance No. H-1 Of 23.07.2024 And Regulation (Eu) 2018/848. ​​​​​​​
