The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works For Ongoing Repair Of Site Sewerage, Housing Complex Zhilishta, Block Albena In The City Of Bozhurishte, Municipality Of Bozhurishte.The Contractor Must Restore The Serviceability Of The Repaired Section And The Reliable Drainage Of Waste Water. The Completed System Must Be Passable, Watertight, With Sustainably Laid Pipes, Properly Executed Connections, Serviceable Manholes And Safe Restored Surfaces. The Repair Includes Familiarization With The Existing Situation, Local Surveys, Organization Of Temporary Diversion, Uncovering Of The Network, Reinforcement And Drainage Of Trenches, Replacement Of Pipe Sections, Works On Shafts And Diversions, Backfilling, Restoration Activities And Delivery Of A Set Of Quality Evidence.General Obligations Of The Contractor:The Contractor Shall Provide Competent Technical Management, Skilled Workers, Serviceable Machinery, Suitable Materials And Sufficient Equipment For Safe Execution And Testing. Responsible For Organization And Technological Consistency, Product Storage And Protection Of Existing Networks And Buildings.Control By The Contracting Authority Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For Quality.
