When Performing Cmp/Cpp On The Site, The Contractor Must Strictly Adhere To The Approved Project, Observe The Technology Of The Processes, Use The Special Mixtures, Solutions And Materials Prescribed By The Designer.All Materials That Are Used In The Implementation Of Smp/Spp Must Be New Products. Each Delivery Of Materials And Equipment To The Construction Site Shall Be Accompanied By A Quality Certificate In Accordance With The Specified Technical Standards, Specifications Or Approved Samples And Catalogs And The Delivered Materials Shall Be Carefully Stored Until They Are Put Into The Works. All Products Or Equipment Intended To Be Included In The Works Shall Be Supplied With The Necessary Accessories, Fasteners And Details, Fittings, Accompanied By Operation And Maintenance Manuals Where Applicable. The Guarantees For The Performance Of The Manufactured Products And Equipment Begin To Run From The Date Of Acceptance Of The Site And Its Commissioning. All Regulations, Instructions And Other Legal Documents Concerning The Occupational And Health Safety Of Workers, Regarding The Execution Of The Works At This Site Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To: - To Comply With The Safety And Health Plan Developed In The Investment Project; - To Instruct Employees According To The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004. For The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions When Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works; - Not To Allow The Execution Of Works At A Height Of More Than 1.5 M Without Safety Equipment; - To Provide Work Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment, Taking Them Into Account With The Specifics Of The Work Performed By The Various Workers And Other Requirements; - To Oblige All Workers And Visitors To The Site To Wear Helmets; - To Place The Warning Signs And The Color Marking, Which Cannot Replace The Safety Means And Devices.
