The Repair Involves Cutting And Breaking Up The Old Pavement, Delivery And Laying Of Crushed Stone Base, Delivery And Laying Of A Sand Cushion Under And Around The Pipe, Delivery, Laying And Installation Of Sewer Pipes Ф1000, Ф800, Ф400, Ф200.The Length Of The Storm Drain Planned For Construction Is:Filled With Ф1000 Pipes, Hardness Class Sn8 – 232.00Mfilled With Pipes Ф800, Hardness Class Sn8 – 16.00Mfilled With Ф400 Pipes, Hardness Class Sn8 – 12.00Mfilled With Ф200 Pipes, Hardness Class Sn8 – 24.00Mthe Sewage Network Will Be Built From Polyethylene Pipes, With Load Class Sn8. The Technological Process Of Laying The Storm Sewer Includes:Digging The Trench Along A Given Detail To A Corresponding Depth.The Pipes Should Have A Standard Length Of 6M. They Are Mounted On Sockets.The Pipes Are Installed On A 10 Cm Sand Pad.The Pipes Are Backfilled Up To 25 Cm Above Their Top With Sand Or Soft Earth. It Is Mandatory To Compact The Sand Around The Pipes To Avoid Subsequent Deformations.Subsequent Backfilling With Ballast Up To The Design Elevation Of The Road Bed, As Backfilling Is Carried Out In Layers And Must Be Compacted.During Construction, Only Pipes Must Be Used, For Which There Is A Certificate From The Ministry Of Health Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And A Certificate From The Committee For Standardization And Metrology.The Full Scope Of The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order Are Described In Detail In The Technical Specification, The Bills Of Quantities And In The Project Documentation, An Integral Part Of The Documents For This Procedure
