The Object Of The Contract Is The Implementation And Maintenance In Saas Mode Of The Human Resources Management And Attendance Control Computer System Of Canet De Mar City Council. It Will Have To Include: 1) Data Migration Service From The Previous System. 2) Acquisition And Installation Of Attendance Control Devices. 3) Implementation Of The New System: Configuration, Training, Start-Up Support. 4) Maintenance And Updating Of The Saas. 5) Support For Users Once The System Is Up And Running. It Will Include: Comprehensive Management Of Human Resources, Payroll, Management Of The Workforce And The List Of Jobs, Recruitment, Implementation Of The Employee Portal With Time Control And Permits And Licenses Of The Staff At The Canet De Mar City Council. The Contractual Relationship Will Be The Right To Use The Software, That Is, A Supply With A Rental Or Payment-By-Use Modality, Sized For The Users Who Will Have To Manage The Platform (3 People) And The Number Of City Council Employees (Around 220 Employees). In Terms Of Presence Control, It Will Be Necessary To Have Devices Installed In 5 Headquarters, Which House Most Of The Workers. There Are 14 Other Headquarters That Have Between 1 And 10 Workers Per Headquarters. Human Resources Users Will Access The Application To Interact With The Service Through A Web Environment.
