The Order Is Procured As Part Of The Project Intelligent Waste Collection In The City Of Liptovský Mikuláš. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Based On The Introduction Of A System Of Bulk Collection Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Hereinafter Referred To As Zko) In The Area Of ​​Interest, It Is A Change Of The Flat Fee That Is Currently Used, For Fees - Which Will Correspond To The Amount Of Zko Actually Produced. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply And Implementation Of A Complex System For The Intelligent Collection Of Hazardous Waste In The Territory Of The City Of Liptovský Mikuláš. The Goal Of The Solution Is To Ensure The Technical, Software And Process Prerequisites For The Transition From A Flat-Rate Collection Of Fees To A Mass Collection System, Based On The Actually Produced Amount Of Zko. The System Will Technologically Consist Of Dynamic Weighing Systems Installed On Collection Vehicles, Rfid Identification Chips Assigned To Containers, Control Units For Operation Monitoring And Mobile Terminals For Container Registration. The Delivery Also Includes A Complex Software System Including The Waste Collection Is, The Waste Module Compatible With The Municipal Is, A Link With The Local Taxes And Fees Module, As Well As Integration With The Waste Management Information System Of The Slovak Ministry Of The Environment And Other External Systems. The Solution Will Be Supplemented With Services Ensuring User Training, Design And Implementation Of Integration Interfaces, Support For The Citys Data-Analytical Center And Activities In The Field Of Promotion, Education And Labeling Of Containers. The Implementation Of The Project Will Enable A Fairer And More Targeted Setting Of The System Of Fees For Municipal Waste, An Increase In The Separation Rate, A Reduction In The Volume Of Produced Solid Waste And The Creation Of A Transparent, Electronically Controlled System Of Collection And Management Of Solid Waste.
