The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase, Assembly And Delivery Of Electronic Equipment - Monitors As Part Of The Project Entitled: Construction Laboratories Of The Future - Construction Of School Workshops At The Construction And Architectural School Complex In Tarnowskie Góry. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must: 1) Be Brand New, Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before Delivery, Not Be Used For Exhibition Purposes And Come From A Legal Source, 2) Be Complete, Fit For Use And Approved For Trading And Use, 3) Have All Certificates Or Equivalent Documents Required By Law And Do Not Require Any Additional Purchases Or Investment Outlays In Order To Function In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, 4) Be Free From Any Defects, In Particular Materials And Construction, 5) Be Ready For Use Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments, 4. The Hardware And Software Included In The Subject Of The Order Are To Be Delivered Together With Complete Technical Documentation, License Agreements And Installed At The Expense Of The Contractor In The Locations Indicated By The Ordering Party, 5. The Software Delivered As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Is To Come From A Legal Source, Have Appropriate Licenses Appropriate For The Ordering Party, And Have Never Been Activated Before 6. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Equipment, Installation, Configuration And First Start-Up, Technical Support During The Warranty Period And Warranty Service Of The Delivered Devices. 7. The Contractor Is To Perform All Necessary Activities For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Agreement. 8.
