The Subject Of Procurement Is The Procurement Of Goods (Supply And Assembly) For Equipping The Building, For Equipping Depots, Archives, Office Premises And Library Premises, I.E. Equipping Non-Exhibition Areas Of The Museum. The Goal Is To Acquire Equipment That Will Be Functional, Adapted To The Ergonomics And Safety Of The Space While Respecting High Museum Standards. The Goods In Question Include Modular Racks Specially Designed For Equipping Libraries And Documentation. The Key Elements Of The Goods Are Archival Racks And Display Cases For The Protection Of Sensitive Objects (Preventive Protection) And The Deposit Of Material. Everything In Accordance With The Cost List And Technical Specifications Attached To This Documentation. The Offered Goods Must Be New And Unused. The Minimum Warranty Period For All Goods Listed In The Price List Is 12 Months. For The Offered Goods, The Bidder Must Perform All Actions Necessary For The Installation Of The Equipment, Establish Appropriate Connections Between All Component Parts Of The Equipment, Perform Basic Functional Tests And Provide All Additional Equipment For Full Working Functionality.
